I like to write stuff – whether its code or words.
I’ve worked with many teams and software leaders, whether it be Managers, Team, or Tech Leads, to help them develop their own leadership style in leading their teams, solidify their approach to delivering software, scale-out their teams, and breathe.
I want to solve the problems that are holding us back.
I had so many thoughts on this topic, I even wrote a book – Code Your Way Up – available as an eBook or Paperback on Amazon (CAN and US).

I’m working to bring it together in a way that doesn’t come across as “complaining” about the state of our meetings (although bad).
Agendas and ToDo items aren’t going to fix them.
